Returns and Refunds Policy
DVDs purchased from 4Paws Entertainment, LLC may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. These items must be unopened and still in their original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and must be mailed to the street address above.
Delivery Timeframe
Deliveries are via Post. All orders are shipped within 10 days of purchase. An email will be sent to you just prior to shipment (be sure to check your bulk email folder). If you do not receive your order within two weeks, please contact us with your purchase order number and date of purchase.

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect your credit card data during tranfer to our Payment gateway provider's database. Since your credit card information goes directly to the payment provider, it is not keep on our servers.
